How To: Update Production Orders with new BOM Changes

When updating the bill of materials for an item within SAP the user can choose to update all open Production Orders (PDO's) in SAP too.

Use the "Update PDOs" button from the bill of materials you are updating, as seen below.

This will then prompt you to select the PDOs you want to update. Make your selection and click "Process".

To select the PDOs either use the "Select All" button or by holding control on the keyboard and selecting all the rows using the area to the left of each row as highlighted below.

What if I can't see the "Update PDOs" button

With the assistance of IT Check the OBeer add-on is running and the user has a production OBeer licence assigned

The PDOs aren't updating

Check to make sure the production orders you want to update are selected. This is done using the "Select All" button or by holding control on the keyboard and selecting all the rows using the area to the left of each row as highlighted above.
